About

My name is Mandy Welch and I live with my husband and puppy dog Pepper in colorful Colorado! We moved here from Texas in 2013. In between all the new adventures camping, hiking, and running with my pup on trails in the Rockies, I got bored…. Enter paper crafting circa June 2013.
I have to say that the majority of my time since has been with ink on my fingers. I love this craft! I’m so hooked it’s borderline obsession!!

Although he’s amazingly talented, Tim Holtz wasn’t my first introduction into this world. It was the beautiful cards/art made by Susan Mostek and Cheryl Grigsby. These two artists are my guru’s when it comes to this industry and paper crafting.
I’ve learned so much from these talented ladies. I’m privileged now to call them friends and feel lucky that Cheryl asked me to begin sharing the craft further by teaching classes at her shop in Estes Park.
Although the shop has closed its storefront, they continue to offer art retreats.

I’m a pin-o-holic when it comes to cards and paper art. The inspiration on pinterest is almost as vast and endless as the internet itself. With the evolution of materials and introduction of new products, it’s so much fun to see what other artists do with their craft.

If you like what you see please follow my blog by clicking the link near the top right. I’m hoping to put together some video tutorials this year to try and build up a bigger network of talented paper craft artists to chat with.
Thanks for stopping by, and reading this, and for all the positive feedback in the form of comments.
Cheers to paper crafting and enjoying the journey!
